Dress Code
As saints and sinners, you must wear appropriate and neat clothing. Santos & Pecadores reserves the right to REFUSE entry for any patrons who wear:
- Patriotic sporting / activewear / track pants
- Clothing with offensive / rude designs / wordings or prints
- Thongs / beach slippers
- Beachwear
- Torn /ripped jeans
- Singlets
- Fight brands
Recommended clothing:
- Neat and tidy casual dresses
- Neat shirts / t-shirts
- Dress shorts
- Denim jeans
- Enclosed footwear
Customers personal belongings will be kept at the venue for a maximum of 30 days. After that term we will not be responsible.
Identification
According to Section 126 of Liquor Control Act 1988 (“The Act”), you must provide one of these forms of current ID to enter the venue:
- A current Australian Driver’s License with a photograph
- A current passport with a photograph
- A current Australian learner driver permit with a photograph
- A current Western Australian Proof of Age Card
Warning
In accordance with the Liquor Control Act 1988 (“The Act”), it is an offence to sell or supply liquor to a person under the age of 18 years on licensed or regulated premises.
Conditions of Entry
- Santos reserves the right to refuse or permit entry to any individual or group on a case-by-case basis.
- All guests must submit to having their identity and bags checked by the security guard at the entrance. The only accepted forms of identification under section 126 of the Liquor Control Act 1988 (“The Act”) are current Australian Driver’s Licence with photographs, passports with photographs, or WA Proof of Age cards.
- Santos has a strict zero-tolerance policy towards any forms of aggression or anti-social behavior towards staff, security, or other guests.
- Any behaviour deemed aggressive or anti-social with failure to follow instructions of staff and security will result in you being requested to leave licensed premises and potentially lead to you being denied entry on future occasions.
- Consumption of alcohol outside premises is strictly prohibited. Any individual seen doing that will not be permitted to enter the premises again.
